Payment & Billing Policy

Project payments are based on agreed milestones or fixed pricing. Advance payment may be required before project initiation. Delays in payment may result in paused work or delayed delivery. All invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe.

Revision & Change Request Policy

Each project includes a defined number of revisions based on the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time and cost. Any changes will be communicated clearly before implementation.

Support & Maintenance Policy

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely input, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays in communication may impact delivery schedules. Swahira is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or client-side dependencies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made for completed work or consumed project hours are non-refundable. In case of project cancellation, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Swahira does not support or develop solutions that promote illegal activities, hate content, malware, or unethical practices. We reserve the right to refuse projects that conflict with our values or legal standards.
